Where to Buy Official BTS Merch
Every comeback and tour brings a wave of fake shops, copied photos and orders that never arrive. Here is where official BTS merch is actually sold, how to check a seller before you pay, and where fan-made pieces fit in.
Weverse Shop
The official store for HYBE artists, including BTS. It carries album editions, official merch and fanclub memberships. This is the safest place to start.
- Check the seller — some items on the platform are offered by individual third-party sellers, so confirm Weverse Shop itself is the seller on the product page.
- Shipping — regions and fees vary by product. Check the live product page before you plan around a delivery date.
Tour Booths and Pop-Ups
Official merch booths at BTS concerts and venue pop-ups sell tour-exclusive items you cannot always get online. BTS has also run pop-up stores for album releases, including the ARIRANG pop-up in Seoul in spring 2026.
- Announcements — dates, locations and item lists are posted in the BTS notices on Weverse.
- Queues — merch lines at tour dates can be long, so plan to arrive well before the show if merch matters to you.
Authorized Retailers
Independent retailers can be a legitimate route, especially for albums with pre-order bonuses. They are not run by HYBE, so quality varies from store to store.
- Korean pre-order retailers — Soundwave, Makestar, Yes24 and Aladin are listed as pre-order channels for BTS albums, each with its own bonuses.
- International retailers — Ktown4U and YesAsia are commonly recommended for official albums and merch.
- Cokodive — an international K-pop retailer with worldwide shipping. At the time of writing its Trustpilot rating is about 3.0 out of 5, with delays the most common complaint, so allow extra time.
How to Spot a Fake
A few checks take under a minute and catch most fake shops.
- The price is far below retail. A deep discount on a new or sold-out item is the most common warning sign.
- No contact details. Look for a returns policy, a business address and a way to reach a real person.
- Unusual payment methods. Bank transfer or friends-and-family only means no buyer protection. Cards and PayPal offer more.
- Copied photos. Run a reverse image search on the product pictures.
- A brand-new shop. Check how long the domain and social accounts have existed.
- Claims that do not match Weverse. If a seller says an item is official, compare it with the BTS notices on Weverse.
Official vs Fan-Made
Official merch is licensed by HYBE and sold through the channels above. Fan-made merch, like the pieces independent shops such as ours create, is designed by fans and is not licensed or affiliated with BTS or HYBE. Both can be worth buying, as long as the seller is clear about which one it is. Seoul Hour is unofficial fan merch, and we say so plainly.
These are our current bestsellers. All are unofficial, fan-made designs.
Buy official merch through Weverse Shop and on-site booths, vet any other retailer before you pay, and treat unusually cheap listings with suspicion. If you want fan-made pieces, buy from shops that label them honestly.
